PRIVACY: Kitty Kitty Designs, LLC pledges to use no personal information for anything other then the sale of designs to you through the shopping cart. No personal information is stored on servers at Kitty Kitty Designs, LLC and the shopping site is a portal for commerce that is finalized by PayPal.

REFUNDS: Due to the digital nature of our site, there is no refund of designs purchased. Replacements files are offered as a remedy. If at any time, a file in your possession becomes corrupt, or unusable, please email us at sales@pixiesrule.com for instructions. Files, once purchased, will have an order history available to us and your file will be replaced upon research of the order history either by download link or mailing of CD as a backup for your use.

COPYRIGHT: NEVER at any time is it permissable to copy any page of this site for reposting on the world wide web. The designs are original art work created by Kitty Kitty Designs, LLC and all royalties are retained. You may stitch the designs for resale in lots below 1000 PER ITEM. You may not use the artwork on this site for any point-of-sale items such as mugs, t-shirts, calendars etc, without express WRITTEN consent of Kitty Kitty Designs, LLC. To do so, will bring stiff prosecution. WE DO SEARCH FOR INFRINGEMENT. Rights to the works seen on this site are available for purchase. Please write sales@pixiesrule.com to inquire about purchasing the rights to the designs.

However, the Network Creator of this Network controls the content, membership and policy of this Network, including those pages served by such service provider on behalf of this Network.
